Back to the Brushes 269

One day, don't know when but one day, am going to regret ever opening this door. Always said that it would never happen and yet here it is. 




The first line of Prussian Landwehr from Warlord Games and will be a part of a force for Black Powder and suitable skirmish games for this period. 

In retrospect should have gone for Brunswick as once undercoated black they are a third of the way to painted. Hey ho, hindsight is a wonderful thing.

    Good start, these look great. What size of force do you intend to raise?

      Thanks, at this stage not really sure. This set will give two units of 12 Landwehr. The Perry line infantry will give four.

      So that will be the starting point from there will see how it rolls.

    You will make short work of Prussians in greatcoat. Looking forward to seeing where this project takes you. You have opened Pandora’s Box to Napoleonics.

    Those are great, and paint up nicely. Good timing with the plastic cavalry sets coming out too.
